Litase burst in laughter when I narrated everything and she was so surprised that I was so naïve. It had been just a couple of hours since I returned to my room, the one night turned into two nights with Austin but the second time felt even a little worse as I was still sore. We agreed to wait until I was fully healed so we spent the rest of the full day just cuddling and chatting. I enjoyed the kisses and the walk on the beach sand. We had so much to talk about. I was sure this was heaven for me and I felt a security that I could not bring myself to explain. When I got back to my room Litase had also just returned as she decided to go back when I informed her I would not be back. We both stayed out of our rooms.

“So you mean to tell me at 21yrs this is your first encounter?” Litase asked.

“Yes, it’s my first time” 

“You are such a baby but welcome to adulthood, use protection always and if you are both sure of your status which is after confirming, make sure you get on birth control” she said.

“We are not going that route... Condoms are good for now... thank you” I said

Litase was planning on going to shower and it was then that I began to whine about how dirty the showers were, I was already missing the luxury I just had at the lodge.

“Girl we do not have a choice for now… by the way it’s our first time being in school… we had a boarding house... Well not really boarding house but a beautiful apartment where we lived but we lost it...” “How??” I asked.

“Well Salome and I were sharing rent and then she fell into some serious crisis, I mean we both did and now we are just staying here for 3months so we have to survive it until we revive our businesses” she said.

I wanted to ask more but I kept quiet and let her tell at her own time. Litase was pretty open but such people also easily pick when you are trying to get too much information, they easily get uncomfortable. As she changed into her towel a call came through and she sat to pick it, suddenly she started acting sick on the phone and I presume she had told whoever it was that she was unwell and she needed some money. I minded my business as they talked, I could pick out some striking things in the conversation and the first thing was that the man in question was married and Litase was trying to be sure that her married boyfriend would not be exposing her to any sort of harm from his wife. She concluded her phone call and plugged her phone on charger.

“Girl I am going to bath I will catch you soon” she said.

My inquisitive self could not rest when I heard a message beep and pop on her screen. I had to peep. My mouth hang low as I saw a notification on her phone of K7,000 sent to her through ewallet. I had to look again to confirm it was not K700 but K7,000. I was in shock.
