“Honey, I wanted to know something… are you attracted to me physically?”

Simon did not understand where all this was coming from and he was hoping Aaliyah had not put stuff in her head. This question made him even more anxious.

“Why would you say that?” she asked.

“Well, I was talking to a friend who was being a little inquisitive e and I mentioned that we were not intimate and had never been... she laughed at me”

Simon burst into laughter at the sound of her voice, she was so cute and innocent. He did not expect that coming from her but he had prevented his urge to touch her for a long time especially with how things were. Kuni was innocent and Simon did not want to ruin her like that, he knew this was not supposed to last. However, it seemed he had developed strong feelings for her and at this point he was ready to commit to her in a serious relationship before he could be intimate with her. He had not communicated this with anyone.

“Baby, I love you and I respect you…”

“And you have always told me that…” Kuni replied.

“Yes, baby that because I really mean it… I did not want us to go ahead and rush into something you may not have been prepared for”

Kuni sighed heavily, she clearly was bothered by what Celine had said and Simon felt it was only right that eh went to see her to make sure she was okay.

“Honey, I am coming over” he said.

“I don’t want you to drive, you said you are tired”

“I am coming over there” he insisted,

Kuni rushed into the shower had a clean shave as well as a thorough bath, she did not want to think twice. Her mind was made. She slipped into a gown and unlocked set the mood by playing some classic smooth. The house was smelling fresh thanks to Aliyah who had plugged her on some nice diffusers for the home. Simon had stopped over at the mall to get Kunis favorite chocolate and a few other gifts just to get her to calm down. As he drove to Chilanga, he thought through his next course of action; Simon clearly knew the intimacy would happen but he wanted to be sure of what eh was doing and he was not yet sure where his mind was with Kuni. Although he had come to terms with the fact that he was very fond of her and he pretty much loved her at this point, he was not sure whether his play boy days were over and he knew that Kuni deserved much more than that. He could not just treat her like any other girl, she deserved respect.

Clive was excited to hear from his friend after a while, the last time they spoke Simon needed advice on the next course of action regarding his company. After much deliberation, they had come to a conclusion to let Mr. Wang go. Simon was determined to revamp the company and over the last two months he had done a pretty decent job at organizing the marketing team to start aggressively advertising.

“What do I woe this call?” Clive chuckled as he lay back in his bed.

“Its Kuni..” Simon said.

“The obvious had happened, isn’t it?”

“Which is?” Simon asked wonderingly.

‘You have fallen for her, I told you that it would happen. You cannot be strong for too long..”

“Man… I don’t know what to do... guess what she asked me today?”
